BiographyKenosha-area native Tom Socha and his wife Rhonda started Key Light Photography in 1994. Tom, an Air Force veteran, and Rhonda, office manager, took Tom’s dream and turned it into a profession. Tom’s love for photography started as a teen and developed (excuse the pun) in the Air Force where he spent four years in photo processing and printing and seven years in intelligence gathering for Imagery Interpretation including a tour at Desert Storm. Shortly after leaving the Air Force and training with various portrait and wedding studios, Tom and Rhonda made the decision to open Key Light Photography. Key Light has always been a home-based studio. Today, Key Light is considered to be one of southeast Wisconsin’s top wedding and portrait studios. Tom has received numerous international awards for his photography. He and Rhonda are members of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and both have served on the Board of Directors for Professional Photographers Chicago. Tom is known for his easy going and fun personality and is sure to make your session or wedding an enjoyable time. It is his goal to create images customized for each client ~ in studio or on location. |
